December 14th

Hi guys! Michael here.

It seems that somehow – for better or worse – the year 2020 has come to and end and I personally feel (or hope) that 2021 will be better. It does feel that somehow things are shifting in a better direction, and I guess we’ll have to wait and see 🙂
In the mean time, I’ve been busy with the work on the new album. Read on more about that and about a couple of nice Christmas presents from me for you guys!

‘Humanity’ loading..

These past few months I’ve been making great strides towards finishing up my new album ‘Humanity’,  which – if everything goes according to plan – should be released in March of next year. There are a lot of interesting ideas surrounding the concept for the album and I’m really excited to share them with you, but not at this time. For now I’ll just say that apart from the obvious theme of humanity, the album tackles some ancient philosophical subjects, but also some more modern endeavours we as a species embarked upon.

And since we are in the holiday month, I’ve decided to give you guys a quick preview of the album in the form of a song that you can download from my website. The link is below. Just remember: this is a draft and work in progress.
The song will be available to download for all my newsletter subscribers for the entire month of December 🙂 Just go to the sign up page, if you haven’t already.
Enjoy! And let me know what you think.

Spotify playlists

Probably only a few of you guys know this, but a while ago I’ve created a playlist of music that inspired me through the years. It’s called Spheres and you can check it out on my Spotify profile. It’s a compilation of slow orchestral music where you can listen to the likes of Hans Zimmer, Olafur Arnalds and Ramin Djawadi to name a few.

Today I’ve created another playlist called ‘Neamul Românesc‘ (translated as ‘The Romanian People’): a musical journey through the fascinating universe of Romanian music. It’s a very big playlist which will really showcase the beauty and – I would say – spirituality of traditional Romanian music. So if you’re curious about the country I come from, I definitely recommend to give it a listen. This playlist is available on my Spotify profile as well.

Checkout the 2 playlists on my Spotify profile.

21/21 Meditation

And before I leave you, a quick note that next week on Monday there will be a very close conjunction between Jupiter and Saturn (last time they were as close was in the XVII century. A lot of people around the world will tune in for a global mass meditation at the exact moment – 18:22 UTC. I will as well, and I invite you to join in – the more the merrier 🙂
