March 20th

It’s been a long time since I’ve posted on my blog, but since I’ve decided to send a newsletter monthly from now on, I thought it would be a good idea to put the contents of that newsletter on my website as well. It might seem a bit odd to make these announcements at this time when we’re all going through this difficult crisis. But alas, as they say, the show must go on.

So, without further ado, welcome to my first blog post 🙂

These posts will contain news about my new songs, albums and generally my activity so far. And if you want to receive them in your inbox, you can just sign up for my Email Newsletter right here.

New project Rebirth – a compilation of pieces inspired by the changing times we live in

We live in times of great change. Many of us are anxious of what’s to come, but experience has shown us that no matter what, we – as a collective – shall overcome it.
As overshared as the quote is, the night truly is darkest before the dawn.

Just like the mythical bird that rises from it’s ashes – the Phoenix, us people will move into a new and better world, as these days we’re all putting into question the vicious cycle we’ve been accustomed to for so long: produce more, spend more and consume more.

Fittingly, Rebirth is a compilation which contains reworks of some of my previously released pieces. They have all been re-orchestrated with electronic instruments – chief amongst all being the mighty Absynth from Native Instruments.

Released one by one every month, the pieces are a prelude to my new album, which will be called Humanity. It’s still in the works and will be out in September 2020.

You can listen to the first song on Soundcloud, here.
And if you sign up for my Newsletter, you will also receive a download link 🙂

Put your headphones on, close your eyes, and let yourself be carried away by the warm pads and moving synths on a journey within, a journey of rebirth.

New album Humanity out in September

As mentioned above, I am working on a new album, which will hopefully see the light of day in September. I don’t want to reveal too much about it, but I will say just a few things.

The theme is – as the name already implies – humanity and the different lenses through which we experience life on this Earth. The album is very much inspired the concept of the 5 elements from classical antiquity, and yes, there will be 5 pieces to it.

The music will again be very cinematic, fusing modern classical with electronica. This time, however, the themes will be more lyrical in size and scope 🙂

Stay tuned for Humanity!
